No Aero in the last month?

Well spotted Michael. At least I know now that at least one person reads this page.

Truth is that I took my Laser out for a practice session a few days after returning from the RS Aero NAs and tweaked my back a bit. That weekend I drove to see my grandkids in Connecticut and my back totally seized up on the way back. So I've been doing stretching exercises and resting the back for the last few weeks. My son sailed my RS Aero at the club one weekend and loved it. Hope to get back in the boat pretty soon.

Great list. Again this 100 days thingy which I had also tried after you were setting the pace. Never reached it but definitely a motivation booster and that means, I have to go out on the water today. No excuses…ohh, yeah, have to look after my 7 yr old daughter this afternoon. Maybe doing a little exercise about how to use the tiller as nobody in the sailing club at junior level cares about showing them the right (RYA?) way.

Thanks Fred. I am not shooting for 100 this year. Just keeping count and seeing how it turns out.
