Yes of course, grey matter.
As I was scrolling down from the heart image through that open space, I was preparing myself for a depiction of another organ with quite a different shape.

So the way to a woman's heart is through the superior vena cava.
I knew it had something to do with wine.
The literal way to her heart may be via that route. But if you are trying to romance her you will probably have more success going through the hypothalamus.
