And just to save you time, it's not Dublin California, Dublin Georgia, Dublin Indiana, Dublin Kentucky, Dublin Maryland, Dublin New Hampshire, Dublin New Jersey, Dublin North Carolina, Dublin Pennsylvania, Dublin Texas, or Dublin Virginia either.
Celtica, across the street from the Newport Yacht Club. Walk past that sign every Sunday from New Years Day to Easter on the way to frostbite in Turnabouts. Was tempted to join up at Fleet 413 today but, alas, had to work. Maybe next year for the Laser.
Last Sunday Tillerwoman and I went for a walk at Sachuest Point and then drove into Newport and parked at the Visitors' Center and took a short cut through the Marriott parking lot to reach Long Wharf on our way to lunch. Saw this huge mural on the side of Celtica (which is an Irish pub for those who don't know.)
We went for lunch at The Mooring and I took a photo of the sign in the bar there that says "NYYC Station 6" thinking that that would make a great "Where am I?" quiz. Until I got home and discovered on the Google that that building actually was NYYC Station 6 until recently.
It seems like every day I go to Newport I discover something I hadn't seen before or learn something new, or both.
Actually that is a good question because I later discovered a recent review of the restaurant which actually recommended what she had as their "signature dish" and "one of the best dishes" there.

Dublin?
Do they have a $1 oyster hour in Dublin? Wouldn't it be €1 oyster hour? Or if this were an old sign (which it probably is) a £1 oyster hour?
Ohio I meant
No, not Dublin Ohio.

What happened to question 3? Isn't it traditionally "What did Tillerwoman have for lunch?"
