Best Shark Ever

Antolin, in the comments to my last post, asked what is the best shark ever. According to my grandson Aidan (22 months old) the best shark ever is the one in this video. Thursdays wouldn't be complete without Aidan asking to see "shark - Grandad computer." He's not so much into the three little fishies. Until the shark appears he is constantly squealing with glee, "Shark coming! Shark coming!" (It's at about 1:09 if you are as impatient as Aidan.)

Aidan is quite fond of trucks too, so last week I broadened his education by showing him this Awesome Off Road Truck Video. He was fascinated.

You can see where this is heading, can't you? Now that I'm a powerboater I need to show Aidan the Best Powerboat Video Ever.

I know, I know. Antolin is going to say that it's the one that's not here.

But please let me have your nominations anyway...

It was on EliBoat, and now I don't know how to find it. It involved a cigarette boat driving lesson that turned into a physics lesson. I think that the moral of the story was that people who drive cigarette boats should remeber to buckle their seat boats.

seat belts.

He was really into it last week, Annie. He was giving me a running commentary... "steep hill"... "driving through water" and so on. It is very educational... I was teaching him to recognize 6 wheels and 8 wheels!

I don't have a powerboat video to share, but I will put my vote in for best shark - it has got to be Bruce from Finding Nemo.

cheers,

Tillerman: Would you be my grandpa too? You are really good at that job, no doubt.

Aidan might like this instructional video on the proper way to launch a powerboat (courtesy of H2uhO).

Bonnie, "seat boats" works very well. And you're right on cigarette boats. For a short time my slip in Newport Beach was next to a cigarette boat. And if you saw the owner on the street, the thought would go through your mind that guy must be a owner of a cigarette boat. Cigarette Boats are archetypal power boats. But you're absolutely right: all power boats are seat boats. Buckle your belt before you turn on your ignition, Tillerman!

hola...señor Timonel...I think I found the power yacht you seek. Visit this url and click on the video option. And the best thing about it all....I am a Jeanneau dealer so I can certainly "hook you up" http://www.prestige-yachts.fr/en/26/prestige+60.html
Let me know how you like it and we will talk about financing :)
be well

I think that will do nicely Antolin. Can I get one in exchange for my 1995 Laser (regatta winner, fairly new sail and rudder)?

I wasn't going to make a comment here, but the verification word is just too good to pass up: expoo.

Now, you could take the prefix "ex" as meaning "formerly," or as meaning "outside," but it also can mean "not" or "no."

Therefore, the response to this post should really be, "No s---!"

The best powerboat video ever, hands down, would be ....

Titanic!

Honourable mention:

Poseidon Adventure
