My third grandchild, Owen Thomas, arrived in the world yesterday afternoon. A couple of hours later we took Aidan and Emily into the hospital to meet their new baby brother. Everyone is doing fine.
Owen is a big guy, 9lb 12 oz at birth. Definitely keelboat crew potential. And sometime soon I will need to work out the logistics of how to take three grandkids sailing.
We're gonna need a bigger boat.
Mazel tov!
ReplyDeleteCongratz.
ReplyDeleteI can just see it Grandpa Tillerman sailing upfront with 3 optimists following him
Congrats TMan.
ReplyDeleteHe'll be a grinder, no doubt. Happy Grandfathers' day, Tillerman!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
ReplyDeleteI like the picture Smilicus paints.
Congrats indeed :)
ReplyDeleteAn Absolutely beautiful photo
ReplyDeleteTake them all sailing on the Laser now, when they will still fit ip on the bow and on the centerboard case. When they get bigger, give them the boat and move to "PROman".
ReplyDeleteOr maybe just work out the old proposition, "take turns".
Bravo!
ReplyDeletecongratulations
ReplyDeleteWonderful news! Gawd bless all who sail in 'em!
ReplyDeleteSo little time, so many grandkids to spoil. Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteWe need a bigger boat, too. Not for grandkids, but grandparents. We've made an offer and we're flying to FLA this wkend to test sail a Farr 1220 (40' cruiser-racer w/ 3 staterooms). An oldie but a goodie. Fun!
ReplyDeleteNo radial rig for this guy!
ReplyDeleteCongrats!
Congratulations, Tillerman! Your boat runneth over?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. More joy!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Beautiful photo! You'll need a keel boat definitely this time!

ReplyDeleteDon't give in to the evils of the keel.
