Wow - I suspect that it is not a full size Int 14 main? However the stowage of the kite and the fixing for the shrouds has been done very neatly. In a slightly higher breeze one suspects that control problems would be almost unsailable with a Laser standard size rudder blade!
Not only that, but I never saw the transitions. I never saw the actual hoist and dousing of the chute. So there's doubt that this stunt sailing could be competitive in a race. Any one could beat this wired-up & contrived monster with a Contender.

Why stop halfway? Now add some Moth hydrofoils, get FAA clearance, and let's see this thing really fly ... literally.
