Please welcome Moana, the next Disney princess - a Polynesian sailor and navigator.

As I have a daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters in Hawaii, I will certainly welcome Moana! Moana is Hawaiin for sea or ocean. My number one granddaughter's middle name is "Kai" which also means "sea". At 12 now, she likes to play soccer much as one of your tiller extensions does. I'm looking forward to seeing this movie very much.

Coincidence, or not: Francois Goubau owns 'Moana' a First 31.7 and won a Dutch regatta under IRC1! Also an organisation called Sail4children sets forth 'therapeutic sailing' within the context of youth protection, as translation 'Child of the sea' assumes, also in Belgium!
