Absolutely disgusting story of discrimination against the famous quadriplegic yachtsman, Geoff Holt. Details on his website at South West Trains: Disability Discrimination Shame.

"This is the chair I have used for 25 years. It is the chair I used to sail across the Atlantic. It is the chair I used to collect my MBE from the Queen at Windsor Castle. Yet some spiteful and anti-disabled bully working for South West Trains says I can not use it on public transport makes me sick to the pit of my stomach."

Pretty awful. At least the company has suspended the guard and there's a transport police investigation.
