Prancercise®




I am thinking of using this as my warm-up routine in the boat park at my next Laser regattas.

What do you think?

The first consequence of such a workout would be to scare the other sailors VERY far away. Could be worth it close to the starting procedure...

I think there was a link on a Twitter feed I follow. But it's pretty much gone viral. I saw it on my daughter-in-law's Facebook page a few days ago too.

Yes, definitely. Bonus points if you spend the entire regatta speaking in chirpy, rhyming, motivational sing-songs.
