Training Hard

I was so inspired by writing this week about such great Olympic sailors as Ben Ainslie, Tom Slingsby and Paul Goodison that I've stepped up my own training efforts.

I've been working hard all week.

I'm already up to page 83 of Goodison's book.

As we learned from Baydog's trip to the lav, Tillerman, it's always handy to have a pd camera at the ready. Nice feet.

Thanks Mojo. I always have my iPhone with me. You just never know when you might need to take a photograph of your own feet.

They are mighty English-looking feet at that. I would never have the courage to photograph my own feet. The hammock looks to be in identical shape to mine.

... Or of your own feat.

I have quite mighty English-looking knees too. Maybe in a future post...

The hammock is of unknown but probably considerable age. When our neighbors moved away last year, Tillerwoman somehow persuaded them to give us their old hammock. I've no idea why she wanted it. We hardly ever use it. Except for hard Laser sailing training as in the photo.

I have a hammock just like that one and I currently never use it as have no where to hang it but at the same time it feels wrong to chuck it out
