I want one.

Me too, or at least I used to want one. It's not worth going over "the bridge" anymore. This from someone who used to spend 8 weeks on the other side each summer.

Anonymous strikes again...

The joys of having to travel to enjoy the things you love doing. Oh well...

Perhaps Santa might bring you one or something? Have you had a good look inside the inspection ports of your Laser, to see if there's one floating around in there, perhaps? heh heh.

If it is 'floating' inside, I think it's time for some major work on yer boat! hahahar.

Uh, what is it and what does it do for you?

What is it? It's a Cape Cod Canal Tunnel Permit.

What does it do for you? It attracts envious glances from out-of-state residents who don't have one and who have to fight the traffic on the two bridges across the Cape Cod Canal.

That's why I want one.

The tunnel does exist. You have to be a resident for at least 10 years to get a permit. It is issued with your May property tax bill.
